Heading for Middle East?

After returning from the West Coast, I met with one of the former colleagues in Tokyo.  His company will launch an outsourcing facility and equipments mantenance service for the world biggest oil refinery copany.    His inquiry is that my company to join the project in respect of IT services.  Wow...it is beyond our capability, but let's me think about it...
